Ah, the 1950’s: When board games and comic books were a favorite pastime and a drive-in movie was the go-to first date. It was simplicity at its finest and no other dessert held up to this sweet standard as the Dairy Queen soft serve. Back then, it certainly honored its “We treat you right” slogan. But since the 50’s, it’s fallen out of touch with the kids and teens who once craved it. We’re reminding today’s generation why DQ was once loved by throwing it back to the good ‘ole glory days. It’s a fresh take on nostalgia that is simply sweet.
